Before contacting the European Consumer Centre:

Did you pay for your order using credit, for example with a credit card?

If the company, for example, does not deliver your order or if the product is incorrect and the issue cannot be resolved with the company, you may require a refund from the lender. File a payment refund claim with the lender (for example, a card claim or card complaint to the credit card company) and wait for the decision before contacting the European Consumer Centre.

You may also require a refund from the payment intermediary used for the purchase, if it offers help to buyers in problem situations. For example, PayPal and Klarna offer such services.
