European Consumer Centre Finland is is expanding its precence on social media and is now available on both Instagram and Bluesky. Through these platforms, we provide information about EU consumer rights in cross-border situations—particularly regarding travel and e-commerce—along with updates on our activities.
We offer practical tips on topics such as passenger rights, e-commerce regulations, and consumer protection in Europe. Additionally, we highlight current issues, answer frequently asked questions, and share insights into the activities of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
