Delivery time
If the delivery time of the goods or services has not been agreed, you must receive your purchase without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order has been placed. Check the delivery time in the terms of the agreement before placing the order.
If the goods or service do not arrive at the agreed time, submit a written complaint to the seller and state the latest time when you expect the delivery.
If the ordered goods still do not arrive within the reasonable period of time you have set, you can cancel the contract and require a refund of the purchase price.
